About Us

The Nutrition and Colon Hydrotherapy Practice has been at its current location for over 3 years. It was set up by Katie Bolland, a Nutritionist and Colonic Hydrotherapist.

Katie has been practising in London and in Hertfordshire for more than 14 years. She is registered with the British Association of Nutritional Therapists (www.bant.org.uk) and the Nutritional Therapy Council (www.nutritionaltherapycouncil.org.uk).

Katie is one of a few registered Nutritional Therapists who also practises Colonic Hydrotherapy.  She is a member of ARCH (www.colonic-association.org) and has been the Chairperson of their Education sub-committee.

Katie is currently completing a degree in Nutritional Therapy with the Centre for Nutrition Education and Middlesex University.  Please see NEWS page if you are interested in free Nutritional Therapy sessions
